Reservations and payment
Payment is required to secure your preferred schedule. A request is not confirmed until Casa Fria verifies the payment and replies with confirmation. Send your payment reference and proof of payment with the reservation request whenever possible.
Cancellations
Cancellations are not accepted within three days of the booked date because the resort and schedule have already been prepared for your group. For earlier cancellations or a possible schedule change, contact Casa Fria directly for assistance.
Check-in and check-out
Overnight check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 noon. Early check-in is subject to room availability. Late check-out is also subject to availability and costs ₱300 per hour, for a maximum of three hours.
Incidental deposit
A ₱1,000 incidental deposit is collected upon check-in. It is fully refundable after the rooms and resort property have been inspected at check-out, provided there is no loss or damage.

Casa Fria does not provide in-house catering. Guests may bring food or use an outside catering service. Grilling is allowed, but please bring your own charcoal. Five tables and ten chairs are available; additional furniture may be rented from an outside supplier.
Music and sound systems
A Bluetooth speaker is available at no charge. A full sound-system setup costs ₱1,500, or you may arrange an outside supplier. Sound-system and karaoke use must end by 12:00 midnight, and noise should remain considerate throughout the event.
